To build and deliver your plan, we collect:

The details you enter in the form: your name, email, age, sex, height, weight, activity level, goal, diet type, allergies and food dislikes, and for training: your level, training days, equipment and any injuries you flag.

Order information: which product you bought and the payment status. We do not collect or store your full card details; payments are handled by Stripe.

We use your information only to generate your personalized plan, deliver it to you by download and email, provide support, and keep records of your order. We do not sell your personal information.

We share data with trusted providers only as needed to run the Service: Stripe (payment processing), our hosting and database providers (to run the app and store your submission and plan), and our email provider (to send your plan). Each processes data on our behalf.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (to deliver the plan you purchased) and based on your consent when you submit the form. Health-related details such as allergies are provided by you voluntarily so we can tailor your plan.

We keep your submission, plan and order records for as long as needed to provide the Service, support you, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see your rights below).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at support@erkojun.com.

The Service does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies used are strictly necessary to operate the site and process your payment.

We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
