ERKO JUN generates personalized diet plans, training plans, or both, based on the information you provide, and delivers them as downloadable PDF files. The available products are the Meal Plan ($12.99), the Training Plan ($12.99) and the Combo ($19.99).

The Service provides general nutrition and fitness information for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a doctor, registered dietitian or qualified coach. Always consult a qualified professional before changing your diet or starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have an injury, or have any medical condition. You use the plans at your own risk.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Prices are shown at checkout and are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase unless stated otherwise.

Your plan is generated and made available for download immediately after a successful payment, and a copy is sent to the email address you provide. It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address and to download your files.

Your plan is for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or create derivative products from the plans or any content of the Service. All content, branding and materials remain the property of Erko Jun.

Results depend on many factors including your effort, consistency, genetics and health. We make no guarantee of any specific result, and any examples or transformations shown are not a promise of your outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Erko Jun is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any injury, illness or loss arising from your use of the plans. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law rules.
